Opening Position for Trainee Lawyer: - Beirut Office -
1- Key responsibilities:
The Trainee Lawyer will follow his training with the Litigation, the Corporate and the Real Estate teams.
He will also assist the Intellectual Property and the Immigration teams when and if required.
His training includes, but is not limited to:
1- Drafting legal opinions and contracts for Clients.
2- Attending Court hearings,
3- Attending Court Experts sessions,
3- Following up on Civil and Commercial cases, Criminal cases, Divorce cases (civil and religious), Labor disputes, Rent cases.
4- Training on incorporating Companies, drafting and registering Boards and General Assemblies meetings
2- Skills:
1- Exceptionally good communication skills both in written and verbal form: in English and Arabic. French and other languages are a plus.
2- Good working knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
3- Has excellent organizational and planning skills,
4- Ability to manage numerous simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines,
5- Meticulous with a keen eye for details and results oriented,
3- Qualifications:
1- Must have a car and a valid driving license
2- Already registered at the Law Bar Association of Beirut
