Today marks a significant moment in our history! 🗓️
September 20, 1962 – The Cayman Islands saw the establishment of its first Constitution, a pivotal event that set the foundation for modern governance and self-determination. This constitution allowed for the creation of the Legislative Assembly, giving Caymanians the ability to elect representatives and shape the future of our beloved islands.
Since then, the Cayman Islands have continued to evolve, growing into a vibrant, world-class destination for finance, tourism, and culture. 🎉
