I come from an ISLAND in the MIDDLE OF THE PACIFIC OCEAN called, HAWAII. part of the HAWAIIAN ISLANDS with my family. If you were born and raised here you would say, DAKINE, LA DAT, BUM BY. When you come to our houses, we'll feed you every chance we get. If you need anything at all, someone's got you!!! Family is everything and we care for our elders until the day they go onto paradise! We eat POI AND RAW FISH and drink ICE TEA, from the Meadow Gold carton because it's on sale 10 for $10 (LOL), everyday. From the day we were born, HO'OLAULE'A/MERRIE MONARCH is a holiday we thought was celebrated everywhere until we left for the mainland (LOL). And yes, Hawaiian Salt w/ warm water and Vicks, does cure everything!! Musicians (not athletes) are the most popular kids in school. Shopping carts are BASKETS and Movement means YOU'RE ON THE MOVE LITERALLY. Oh and if you DISRESPECT your elders, pray no one calls your parents so you don't get SCOLDING twice! HAWAII is a place where Dirty Lickens and Cracks is Discipline.
I'm a local boy and my realty will treat you like OHANA (family)
Raised on Hawaiian values and morals.....!

What defines me, or makes me better than my other competitors (realtors) out here???
Most comments you'll see on other groups for other realtors are....NICE.....GREAT.....KIND.....FRIENDLY......LOL.....I'm all that plus AWESOME!!!!!

Are you coming to South Korea?

Family…… what our office is known for and always abides by.... we keep striving to maintain,learn,and grow from this 1 important word.... that's the true meaning of "1" in 1-STOP.

I see things like this everyday!!!
Most if not all other places say… guaranteed best customer service, always there for you, part of the family (which is our motto and has been for years!) best place/office/spot, blah,blah,blah…..
we are the only realty that actually does all of the above but people don’t know it!
I put our money back into the office to take care of our tenants=family…. I always answer my phone, and all my agents (family members) take care of our people like I do!
We don’t just show you a home, we are actually there for you when you need us, not when we want your business!!!
Things like this would’ve been taken care of us----> transportation/a truck for our tenants/details on how to use everything!/advice/info/a family member you can count on when you need---> nobody knows when that may be, but we will be there and our tenants past-present can vouch for us with our services…. On top of all the other services we provide!
Or as always you can reach out and ask us anything! Or stop by for some coffee and talk about the weather! Lol!
Please let everyone know….. don’t get short changed with empty promises and remember….. anyone can show you a home, but actions speak louder than words!

Once again, I use our saved funds to make sure our family will start the Lunar New Year right in Korea!
It’s been a hard 2+ years due to covid19, but I want to make sure my family gets a little something for the new year….( in Korea you give gifts to family and close friends to help celebrate the coming new year for luck/health/wealth)

Since it’s gon be super freezing over the weekend plz make sure to leave a couple of faucets in the house to drip in order to prevent it from freezing.
