E-7-4 비자의 배우자(F-3-17 비자)를 포함해 E-1 비자~E-7-1, E-7-2, E-7-3 비자의 배우자도 자격외활동허가를 통해서 단순 노무 분야에서 일을 할 수 있게 되었습니다. Spouses of E-1~ E-7-1, E-7-2, and E-7-3 visa holders, including spouses of E-7-4 visa holders (F-3-17 visa holders), are now eligible to work in unskilled labor fields through a permit for activities outside their status of stay(*extra-working permit).
물론 F-3-18 비자를 소지하고 있는 F-2 비자의 배우자도 단순노무 분야에서 일을 할 수 있게 되었습니다. Of course, spouses of F-2 visa holders holding F-3-18 visas are also eligible to work in unskilled labor fields.
F-3 비자를 소지한 배우자가 일을 하기 위해서는 반드시 KIIP 2단계 이상 이수를 해야 합니다. Spouses holding an F-3 visa must complete KIIP Level 2 or higher to work.
다만 F-3-17 비자, F-3-18 비자를 소지한 배우자가 일할 수 있는 단순노무 분야는 농업, 임업, 축산업 등에 제한됩니다. However, the fields of unskilled labor that spouses of F-3-17 and F-3-18 visa holders can work in are limited to agriculture, forestry, and livestock farming etc.
F-2-R 비자의 배우자(F-3-1R) 소지자와 E-7-4R 비자의 배우자 (F-3-3R)는 인구감소지역에 거주하고 있기 때문에 제조업, 서비스업 등의 단순노무 분야에서도 일을 할 수 있습니다. Spouses of F-2-R visa holders (F-3-1R) and E-7-4R visa holders (F-3-3R) can also work in unskilled labor fields such as manufacturing and service industries, as they reside in declining population areas.
(* 배우자는 KIIP 2단계 이상 이수가 필수는 아니지만 2년 이내에 이수를 하지 않으면 6개월씩 짧게 연장이 됩니다.) (* While spouses are not required to complete KIIP Level 2 or higher, they can receive a short extension of six months if they fail to complete it within two years.)
F-3-17 비자(E-7-4 비자의 배우자)와 F-3-18 비자(F-2 비자의 배우자)로 배우자가 일할 수 있는 농업과 축산업은 아래와 같습니다. The fields of agriculture and livestock that spouses of F-3-17 visa holders (spouses of E-7-4 visa holders) and F-3-18 visa holders (spouses of F-2 visa holders) can work in are as follows:
1. 농업 Agriculture
(1) 작물재배업: 곡물 및 식량작물 재배업, 채소 재배업, 과실, 음료용 및 향신용 작물 재배업 등 Crop cultivation: Grain and food crop cultivation, vegetable cultivation, fruit, beverage, and spice cultivation, etc.
(2) 축산업: 소 사육업, 양돈업, 조류 사육업 등 Livestock farming: Cattle farming, pig farming, poultry farming, etc.
(3) 작물재배 및 축산 관련 서비스: 작물재배 관련 서비스업, 축산 관련 서비스업 Crop cultivation and livestock-related services: Crop cultivation-related services, livestock-related services
2. 임업 Forestry
(1) 영림업 Forestry
(2) 벌목업 Logging
(3) 임업 관련 서비스업 등 Forestry-related services, etc.
