Eng below ‼️ មិត្តភ័ក្រ្តបរទេសខ្ញ៉ំជាច្រើននាក់បានទូរស័ព្ទមកសួរខ្ញ៉ំពីស្ថានភាពប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ពាក់ព័ន្ធនិងឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មតាមអនឡាញ។ ពួកគាត់បានប្រាប់ថា បណ្តាញពត៍មានជាច្រើនបានចុះផ្សាយអាក្រក់ពីប្រទេសយើង ថ្វីត្បិតពួកគាត់ខ្លះធ្លាប់មករស់នៅរយៈពេលវែង ខ្លះធ្វើអាជីវកម្មនៅកម្ពុជា គាត់មិនជឿនោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែក៏មានអារម្មណ៍ខ្លាចរអាលខ្លះដែលព្រោះពត៍មានបានផ្សាយវាអាក្រក់ពេក។ បញ្ហានេះសបញ្ជាក់ថា បណ្តាញសារពត៍មាន និងអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់បណ្តាញសង្គមមានឥទ្ធិពលណាស់ចំពោះកេរ្តិឈ្មោះប្រទេសជាតិ ក្នុងការទាក់ទាញភ្ញៀវទេសចរណ៍ និងអ្នកវិនិយោគបរទេស។ ជាដំណោះស្រាយខ្ញ៉ំសូមអំពាវនាវដល់សារធារណៈជន និងបណ្តាញសារពត៍មានក្នុងស្រុកមួយចំនួន ក៉ំចេះតែធ្វើការចុះផ្សាយ ឬឡាយផ្ទាល់នៅពេលមានបទឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មណាមួយកើតឡើង ។ មិនមែនជាចេតនានៃការលាក់បាំងចំពោះប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែរក្សារតម្លៃ មិនអោយបរទេសវាយតម្លៃខុស។ នេះមិនទាន់គិតដល់ផលប៉ះពាល់ផ្នែកច្បាប់ផង ព្រោះការចុះផ្សាយមុនពេលបង្រ្កាប ឬចាប់ខ្លួនជនល្មើស ធ្វើអោយមានផលលំបាកដល់សមត្ថកិច្ចក្នុងការស៉ើបអង្កេត ស្វែងរកតម្រុយពិរុទ្ធភាព ឬធ្វើអោយជនល្មើសកែប្រែស្ថានការ បំបាត់ដាន និងតម្រុយបទល្មើសជាដើម។ យើងត្រូវចេះយកតម្រាប់តាមគេ ជាពិសេសប្រទេសជិតខាង បទល្មើសធំៗ គេមិនចុះផ្សាយទេ រហូតមានការបង្រ្កាប ឬចាប់បានជនល្មើស ទើបគេចុះផ្សាយ។ ការមិនចុះផ្សាយពត៍មាន មិនមែនមានន័យថាទុកចោលមិនខ្វល់ទេ សមត្ថកិច្ចនៅតែធ្វើការស៉ើបអង្កេត ការបង្រ្កាប ។ តែបើសមត្ថកិច្ចពិតជាមិនខ្វល់ មិនអើពើ មែននោះ ចុះផ្សាយចុះ អោយតែច្បាស់ថាចឹង។
‼️Many of my foreign friends have called me to ask about the situation in Cambodia concerning online crime. They mentioned that many news outlets have published negative reports about our country. Even though some of them have lived here for a long time or run businesses in Cambodia, they don't fully believe the reports, but they also feel some apprehension because the news being published is so severe.
This issue demonstrates that news networks and social media users have a significant influence on the nation's reputation when it comes to attracting tourists and foreign investors. As a solution, I appeal to the public and some local news networks to refrain from casually publishing or live-streaming every time a crime occurs.
This is not an intention to conceal information from the citizens, but rather to preserve our values and prevent foreigners from misjudging us. This is not even considering the legal ramifications, because publishing reports before the perpetrators are apprehended or arrested makes it difficult for the authorities to investigate, search for clues or evidence of guilt, or causes the criminals to alter the situation, destroy evidence, and erase the traces of the crime, and so on. We should learn to follow the example of others, especially our neighboring countries. They do not publish major crimes until the perpetrators are apprehended or arrested, and then they publish the news. Not publishing the news does not mean leaving the issue unaddressed or uncared for; the authorities still carry out investigations and crackdowns. However, if the authorities truly are neglecting or ignoring the issue, then publish the news, provided that it is clearly the case.
