កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ការិយាល័យមេធាវី អេណា និងសហការី មានកិត្តិយសបានចូលរួមក្នុងដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចដ៏មានអត្ថន័យទៅកាន់ មហាវិទ្យាល័យច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ ហាន់ដុង (HILS) ដើម្បីពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនងផ្នែកសិក្សា និងវិជ្ជាជីវៈដែលកំពុងបន្តរវាង ព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងសាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉េ។
ដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចនេះមានអត្ថន័យពិសេសសម្រាប់ ស្ថាបនិក និងនាយកគ្រប់គ្រង លោកស្រីមេធាវី សុផាត ចាន់លក្ខិណា(HILS ជំនាន់ទី10) ដែលបានវិលត្រឡប់ទៅកាន់មហាវិទ្យាល័យដែលជាស្ថាប័នអប់រំរបស់លោកស្រី និងបានឆ្លៀតពេលដ៏មានតម្លៃ ដើម្បីជួបសំណេះសំណាលជាថ្មីជាមួយសាស្ត្រាចារ្យ សហការី និងសមាជិកនៃ HILS រួមទាំងសាស្ត្រាចារ្យ Hee Eun Lee ព្រឹទ្ធបុរស និងសាស្ត្រាចារ្យផ្នែកច្បាប់នៃ HILS ផងដែរ។
សម្រាប់លោកស្រីមេធាវី សុផាត ចាន់លក្ខិណា ដំណើរទស្សនៈកិច្ចនេះមិនមែនគ្រាន់តែជាការវិលត្រឡប់ទៅកាន់ HILS ប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែជាឱកាសដ៏មានតម្លៃក្នុងការភ្ជាប់ទំនាក់ទំនងឡើងវិញជាមួយស្ថាប័នដែលបានដើរតួនាទីយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងដំណើរវិជ្ជាជីវៈរបស់លោកស្រី និងបន្តពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនងរវាង មហាវិទ្យាល័យច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ ហាន់ដុង និងការិយាល័យមេធាវី អេណា និងសហការី។
គួរបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា តាំងពីថ្ងៃទី 25 ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ 2025 មក ការិយាល័យមេធាវី អេណា និងសហការី និង មហាវិទ្យាល័យច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ ហាន់ដុង បានសហការគ្នាតាមរយៈ អនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់ (MoU) ដើម្បីបង្កើតឱកាសកម្មសិក្សាសម្រាប់និស្សិត HILS។ តាមរយៈកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការនេះ និស្សិតមានឱកាសទទួលបានបទពិសោធន៍ជាក់ស្តែងពីការងាររបស់ការិយាល័យមេធាវីនៅកម្ពុជា និងស្វែងយល់អំពីការអនុវត្តវិជ្ជាជីវៈច្បាប់នៅកម្ពុជា រួមមានវិស័យ សាជីវកម្ម ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម វិនិយោគ និងវិស័យច្បាប់ផ្សេងៗទៀត។
នៅការិយាល័យមេធាវី អេណា និងសហការី យើងជឿជាក់ថា ការអប់រំផ្នែកច្បាប់ប្រកបដោយអត្ថន័យ មិនគួរត្រូវបានកំណត់ត្រឹមតែក្នុងថ្នាក់រៀនប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ។ តាមរយៈភាពជាដៃគូជាមួយ HILS យើងមានសេចក្តីរីករាយដែលបានចូលរួមចំណែកក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់ ការសិក្សាឆ្លងដែន បទពិសោធន៍ជាក់ស្តែងក្នុងវិស័យច្បាប់ និងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធន៍វិជ្ជាជីវៈ រវាងកម្ពុជា និងកូរ៉េ។
យើងខ្ញុំសូមថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះ សាស្ត្រាចារ្យ Hee Eun Lee គណៈសាស្ត្រាចារ្យនៃ HILS សាស្ត្រាចារ្យ សហការី និងនិស្សិតទាំងអស់ ចំពោះការស្វាគមន៍យ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅ និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការដែលបានបន្តរហូតមក។
យើងខ្ញុំទន្ទឹងរង់ចាំបន្តកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការដ៏មានអត្ថន័យនេះ និងបង្កើតឱកាសកាន់តែច្រើនសម្រាប់ អ្នកជំនាញច្បាប់ជំនាន់ក្រោយ ដើម្បីសិក្សា ភ្ជាប់ទំនាក់ទំនង និងរីកចម្រើនតាមរយៈការផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធន៍ឆ្លងដែន។ 🇰🇭🇰🇷✨

On 31 August 2026, Anna & Associates Law Office was honored to be part of a meaningful visit to Handong International Law School, strengthening our ongoing academic and professional connection between Cambodia and Republic of Korea.
The visit was particularly special for our Founder and Managing Partner, Atty. Sophat Chanleakhena (HILS ’10), who returned to her alma mater and made valuable time to reconnect with her professors, colleagues, and the HILS community, including Prof. Hee Eun Lee, Dean and Professor of Law at HILS.
For Atty. Sophat, the visit was more than a return to HILS. It was an opportunity to reconnect with the institution that played an important role in her professional journey and to further strengthen the relationship between HILS and Anna & Associates Law Office.
Since 25 September 2025, Anna & Associates and HILS have been working together under a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to create internship opportunities for HILS students. Through this partnership, students have the opportunity to gain practical exposure to the work of a Cambodian law office and explore how legal practice operates in Cambodia, including in corporate, commercial, investment, and other areas of legal practice.
At Anna & Associates, we believe that meaningful legal education goes beyond the classroom. Through our partnership with HILS, we are pleased to contribute to cross-border learning, practical legal exposure, and professional exchange between Cambodia and Korea.
