នៅថ្ងៃទី០៨ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៦ លោកស្រីមេធាវី សុផាត ចាន់លក្ខិណា ជានាយកគ្រប់គ្រងនៃការិយាល័យមេធាវីអេណា និងសហការី (អេណា) និងកញ្ញា ជន សុផានី ជាអ្នករៀបចំគម្រោង បានទទួលការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពី ក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម វបន Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology & Innovation (MISTI) ក្នុងពិធីប្រកាសដាក់ឱ្យអនុវត្តគម្រោងបវិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថលសម្រាប់ MSMEs ក្រោមក្របខ័ណ្ឌមេគង្គ–ឡានឆាង ស្តីពីការលើកកម្ពស់ផលិតភាព និងបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថលសម្រាប់សហគ្រាសធុនមីក្រូ តូច និងមធ្យម (MSMEs) នៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ឡាវ និងវៀតណាម ដែលរៀបចំដោយ MISTI នៅសណ្ឋាគារ សាងគ្រីឡាភ្នំពេញ។
ក្នុងនាមជាដៃគូសកម្មដែលបានគាំទ្របេសកកម្ម និងមានកិច្ចសហការកន្លងមកជាមួយ MISTI ជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ អេណា បានចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុងគម្រោងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជាច្រើន រួមទាំងថ្មីៗនេះ គឺគម្រោងលើកកម្ពស់ការចូលរួមសេដ្ឋកិច្ចឌីជីថលសម្រាប់ស្រ្តី MSMEs ក្នុងតំបន់អាស៊ាន ហៅកាត់ថា “គម្រោងIDEAS” ប្រចាំប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ដែលអេណាជាស្ថាប័នអនុវត្ត។
នៅក្នុងព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នេះ អេណា មានកិត្តិយសចូលរួមជាសាក្សីក្នុងការប្រកាសដាក់ឱ្យអនុវត្តគម្រោងដ៏សំខាន់នេះ ដែលមានគោលបំណងពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាព MSMEs តាមរយៈបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថល និងនវានុវត្តន៍។
ក្នុងនោះ កញ្ញា ជន សុផានី ក៏បានចែករំលែកទស្សនៈអំពីតម្រូវការរបស់សហគ្រាសធុនមីក្រូ តូច និងមធ្យមនៅកម្ពុជា ព្រមទាំងឱកាស និងបញ្ហាប្រឈមក្នុងការចាប់យកបច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថល និងការគាំទ្រដល់ MSMEs ក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។
អេណា សូមថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះ MISTI សម្រាប់ការអញ្ជើញ និងបានរៀបចំកម្មពិធីដ៏សំខាន់នេះ។

On 8 May 2026, Mrs. Sophat Chanleakhena, Managing Partner of Anna & Associates Law Office (“ANNA”), and Ms. Chuon Sophany, Project Coordinator, were invited by the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation (MISTI) to attend the official launching ceremony of the Digital Transformation Project for MSMEs under the Mekong–Lancang Cooperation Framework. The project focuses on enhancing productivity and advancing digital transformation for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Cambodia, Lao PDR, and Viet Nam. The event was organized by MISTI at Shangri-La Phnom Penh Hotel.
As an active partner that has continuously supported MISTI’s mission and collaborated on various initiatives, ANNA has been actively engaged in several development projects, including the recently implemented “IDEAS Project” in Cambodia, which promotes digital economic participation for women-led MSMEs in the ASEAN region, where ANNA serves as the implementing institution.
During the event, ANNA was honored to witness the official launch of this important initiative, which aims to strengthen MSME capacities through digital transformation and innovation.
On this occasion, Ms. Chuon Sophany also shared insights on the needs of MSMEs in Cambodia, as well as the opportunities and challenges in adopting digital technologies and supporting MSME development in the country.
