លោក គង់ ចន្ថា, សាស្រ្តាចារ្យ នៃវិទ្យាស្ថានសិក្សាបច្ចេកទេសធនាគារ បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមសិក្ខាសាលា ផ្សព្វផ្សាយច្បាប់ស្តីពីគណនេយ្យនិងសវនកម្ម និងបទប្បញ្ញត្តិពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដែលជាកិច្ចសហការរវាងទ្យាស្ថានសិក្សាបច្ចេកទេសធនាគារ និង និយ័តករគណនេយ្យនិងសវនកម្ម ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពលោកស្រី ជា សុផល នាយិកា នៃវិទ្យាស្ថានសិក្សាបច្ចេកទេសធនាគារ, លោក Michel DABADIE, Co-Director Center for Banking Studies, លោកស្រី នាន បូនី អគ្គនាយករង នៃនិយ័តករគណនេយ្យនិងសវនកម្ម ព្រមទាំងអ្នកជំនាញមកពីស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរអញ្ជើញចូលរួម។
សិក្ខាសាលានេះរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងផ្សព្វផ្សាយនិងបញ្ជ្រាបការការយល់ដឹងអំពីច្បាប់និងបទប្បញ្ញត្តិពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងច្បាប់គណនេយ្យ និងសវនកម្ម ស្តង់ដាបច្ចេកទេសនៅកម្ពុជា ដែលផ្តោតសំខាន់ប្រធានបទសំខាន់ៗចំនួន៣ធំៗ៖
* ច្បាប់ស្តីពីគណនេយ្យនិងសវនកម្មនិងបទប្បញ្ញត្តិពាក់ព័ន្ធ។
* ទិដ្ឋភាពទូទៅនៃស្តង់ដាគណនេយ្យ និង
* វិជ្ជាជីវៈគណនេយ្យនិងសវនកម្មកម្ពុជា។

On Tuesday, 20 January 2026, Mr. KONG Chantha, lecturer at the Institute of Banking Studies (IBS), accompanied along with the Institute of Banking Studies (IBS)`s leadership and managements, Ms. Chea Sophal, and Mr. Michel DABADIE, Co-Director of IBS that align with lectures, teachers and total number an approx. of 300 participants had attended the Workshop on “Accounting and Auditing Obligations and Related Provisions", in collaboration with of the Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors and Institute of Banking Studies (IBS), the Dissemination Workshop focused on three key following topics:
* The Law on Accounting and Auditing and its related regulations,
* The general overview of accounting standards, and
* The accounting and auditing profession in Cambodia.
