BRD Law Office is looking for a legal assistant. The legal assistant provides administrative assistance, conducts routine legal and general research, and prepares legal documents and other materials. The legal assistant has a clear understanding of legal documentation and transactions in order to assist in preparing contracts, leases, licenses, purchases, sales, insurance, employment and other business. Maintains file system for all legal matters, including notices, proxies, affidavits, agendas, ballots, minutes, and related memoranda.

Qualifications
Prior experience in a legal environment working as a legal assistant and contract specialist or similar position.
Bachelor’s Degree
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Able to operate standard office equipment, including and not limited to, phones, PC computer, fax machine, copier, scanner, etc.
Familiarity with labor law and economy system.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Reader, Adobe Acrobat Standard.
Able to work independently with limited supervision
Able to exercise good judgment and discretion.
Able to work well with others.
Ability to multi-task projects and deadlines.
Able to follow instructions.
