Mr. NY Vichet, Managing Partner at NTNC Law Firm, has been invited to serve as an honorary speaker to present his insightful legal update on "International Legal Framework on IPR in the Context of the Digital Economy" at the 13th NUM Business Talk Series, organized by NUM School of Public Policy and Chaired by H.E Prof. Dr. Hor Peng, Rector of the National University of Management (NUM), NTNC Law Firm, and IPAC. Our NTNC Law Firm is also proud to sponsor this valuable seminar.

The seminar aims to update attendees on the latest international legal frameworks for IP protection in the digital work and how the Cambodian legal system is adapting to recent developments in intellectual property rights within the digital economy. Mr. NY Vichet not only provides a highlight of the development of the international and domestic legal framework but also addresses the regional aspect, ASEAN IP Protection.

Ms. Neou holds dual bachelor's degrees in private law (Khmer & English). She brings extensive experience in judicial procedures, having served for several years as a judicial assistant to a court judge. Furthermore, she has also sharpened her legal analysis and advocacy skills through Commercial and Investment Arbitration Competitions, and student coaching.

She is fluent in Khmer and English.
