Provision of investment consultations in relation to proposals and/or application for permits and/or licenses for development projects such as economic land concession, social land concession, special economic zone, lottery permits, casino permits, power (electricity) generation permits, mine excavation permits, immovable property development, construction projects, and tax solution.
Review and give legal advice on investment projects and proposal writings for investment and development projects.
Provision of trust services and coordination and/or facilitation regarding the matter of trust laws.
Provision of contract/agreement compositions regarding loans, sale and purchases, leases and/or leasebacks, rent-to-own…etc.
Provision of legal representations services for those coming into contact with the laws, both on civil and criminal cases inside and outside of courts and at all levels of court procedures.
Provision of facilitation and conflict resolutions outside of court.
