KnownAfrique is a legal social enterprise that is driven by the need to solve social problems through our area of expertise. We set out to deliver simplified, accessible and affordable legal services to the community within the existing technological platforms. Our focus:
We are primarily focusing on taking the law to the people wherever they are law. We are obsessed with the

idea that everyone should know the law. Our team:
KnownAfrique is comprised of a team of young social entrepreneurs in the legal profession together with like minds from other disciplines all with one goal; to impact and transform lives. Our belief:
Law is part and parcel of our society and therefore a service that every person should have access to. Kenya vision 2030 under its political pillar has set out to address this very concern and we are happy to be a part of this wave.

Provisional remedy: A temporary court order to protect someone from further or irreparable damage while further legal action is pending. For example, a temporary restraining order is a provisional remedy to help keep someone safe until a hearing to decide if a permanent restraining order is needed; likewise, a temporary injunction to stop the destruction of a building can keep it from being destroyed while the court decides whether it is a landmark.
