🤣🤣. Our trip to Tanzania was filled with memorable events, enjoying everything beautiful landscape. We rode from to Dar es Salaam, covering over 525 km. Every mile covered brought memories, happiness and togetherness.

Menstrual hygiene is not just a concern for girls and women; it's everyone's responsibility.

In the lead-up to World Menstrual Hygiene Day, I was filled with hope and excitement. Seeing boys and young men actively participating in the event was a dream come true. For too long, society has created barriers and perpetuated myths and misconceptions, treating menstruation as exclusively a women's issue.

By involving boys and men, as well as raising awareness about menstrual hygiene, we can break down these barriers, dispel myths, and create a world where everyone regardless of gender, shares the responsibility and enjoys the freedom to live without stigma.

Let's work together to build an equal world where every young person is informed, responsible, and empowered.

Empowering youth in advocacy involves more than just extending an invitation; it entails elevating their voices, respecting their viewpoints, and prioritizing their lived experiences.

I participated in validating the Mombasa County Adolescents' and Young People's Strategy 2024-2029. The main aim of the session was to scrutinize and evaluate the alignment of the strategy, ensuring it resonates with overarching goals and objectives.
