The Judiciary has two mediation options to help parties solve disputes for them by themselves!

1. Court Annexed Mediation→ Your case is already in court, and it’s referred by the Judge or Judicial Officer to Mediation.
2. Private Mediation→ You choose mediation before going to court.

Both are voluntary, confidential, and you stay in control of the solution.
