WITIMA Memories...
28th January 2026 remains a painful day etched in our memories, the day state sanctioned violence descended upon ACK Witima Church and disrupted a place that should always be a sanctuary of peace and worship. In the midst of the chaos, Bible Believing Community Church, Kamoini, opened its doors to many leaders, myself included, who were seeking refuge. They welcomed us without hesitation, offered us water to ease the effects of tear gas and, above all, gave us the comfort and reassurance of human kindness when we needed it most.
I have carried that gesture in my heart ever since, and I am grateful that God has given me the opportunity to return and express my appreciation. On behalf of the DCP leadership, including H.E. Rigathi Gachagua, Cleophas Malala, and all the leaders and aspirants who experienced your kindness that day, I say thank you. To the leadership and congregation of Bible Believing Community Church, Kamoini, your generosity will remain deeply appreciated. When we needed refuge, you opened your doors. Asante sana. Mungu awabariki sana...
