I don't get why he is so proud of 32M SHA registration when it is only 5M remitting, (15%),out of which about 4M are "Forced" by being in formal employment.

Active members in the informal sector.. those who contribute willingly are 437,000.
Since he has been comparing to the "Defunct " NHIF.

NHIF had 16M registered and 7M actively remitting this is 44% .. see the difference or just smell the variation.

Informal sector for NHIF was 700,000, that is a whooping 38% decline. Ask yourself why Kenyans willingly embraced NHIF more than they are SHA?
