しばらくのあいだ、難民申請中の方の特定活動ビザ（6ヶ月）に限り、東京入管での更新手続きを総額15,000円でご依頼いただけます。
この費用には印紙代なども含みますので、これ以上の支払いはありません。
郵便とオンライン面談でやり取りを行いますので、ご自宅で手続きが可能です。
遠方にお住まいの方やお仕事で入管に行けない方などはご相談ください。

For those who have been applying for the refugee status in Japan and hold 6-month Designated Activities visa, I can do the extention process for you for a total fee of 15,000 yen. (Tokyo Immigration only)
This fee includes the revenue stamp(4000 yen), etc., so there is no further payment.
I will communicate with you by mail and online interview, so you can complete the procedure at your home.
Please contact me if you live far away from immigration office or cannot go to the immigration office due to work.

難民申請者として特定活動（6月）の在留資格を持っている場合、なかなか他の在留資格、とくに就労系の資格に変更するのが難しいと言われていましたが、先日、私のクライアントが技人国への変更を認められました。
難民認定率が1％と相当にハードルが高いなか、資格変更は現実的な保護の可能性とも思います。本当は難民が難民認定されるのがあるべき姿ではありますけど。

It has been said that it is difficult for a refugee applicant with a Designated Activities status (6months) to change to another status, especially a work-related status, but recently my client was able to change status to work-related status of "Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services".
While refugee recognition rate is as low as 1%, I think that changing status is a realistic possibility for protection. Althought it is the ideal situation for refugees to be granted refugee status, of course.

難民申請者で6ヶ月の特定活動をお持ちの方の更新手続きを代行するサービスを始めてたいと思っています。6ヶ月ごとに申請、結果の受け取りで、2度会社を休み、交通費と時間をかけて手続きをしている方もいると思いますが、その手続をすべてを代行します。

私は事業復活支援金の事前確認を行う登録確認機関になっていますが、今回始めて事前確認を行う予定です。
登録確認機関は多くありますが、英語対応しているところがあまりなさそうなため、トライアルで5件ほど英語話者の事業者、個人事業主を対象として、無料での事前確認を行っていきたいと思います。
