As you may know, the requirements for the Business Manager visa have been significantly tightened, such as raising the minimum capital requirement to 30 million yen or more. If you do not meet these new requirements, visa renewals will, in principle, no longer be possible on or after October 16, 2028. The necessary measures differ from person to person, so please consult with us as early as possible.

Requirement of Japanese Nationality
帰化の要件は以下のとおりです。

1. 5年以上日本に住んでいる(日本人と結婚している人は1年以上)
2. 現在のビザは3年以上(決まりはないけど、法務省は3年以上を求めてくる)
3. 安定した収入がある(永住権ほど厳しくない)
4. 悪いこと、犯罪をしていない
5. 全ての税金を払っている
6. 保険と年金を1年以上払っている
7. 漢字の読み書きを含めて日本語力がある
