ويقدم هذا القسم مجموعة من الخدمات القانونية المتعلقة في النزاعات الحقوقية والمالية لدى محاكم المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية وهي :
أـ تقديم الاستشارات والخدمات القانونية التي من شأنها حماية حقوق ومصالح الشركات والأفراد ووضعها في مركز قانوني ملائم .
ب ـ المرافعة والمدافعة وتمثيل الأفراد والشركات لدى محالكم المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية النظامية في النزاعات الحقوقية والتأمينية الكبرى . Department of litigation :2
