ltation and arbitration and substitute solutions was founded since 1972 by the late Advocate Dr. Alfred Ayed Dayyat who got the highest degrees in Law as follows:-
1.Licentiate in Law from Damascus University in 1962.
2.Diploma in Tax Management from The University of California – United States of America/ Los Angeles – California.
3.PHD in International Law from West Ham University – United Kingdom/ London. He worked as Tax Estimator and Representative for Income and Sales Tax Department before Appeal Courts for income tax cases in Amman and Jerusalem from 1961 to 1986. He was chosen to be a member in ad hoc committee to enact the income and sales law in the beginnings of 60s. He was the President of the legal committee for the national movement that consists of nine merged parties. And he worked as associate lecturer with The Jordanian- American Program for qualifying the judges. He participated in many international conferences as a Lecturer. Also he worked as a lecturer in Tax Legislation courses in University of Jordan, Al-Zaytoonah University, Applied Science University in Amman. And he was a Legal Consultant and an Arbitrator for many institutions in the civil society and for a lot of national and international companies. A lot of licensed lawyers trained and worked in Alfred Law Firm for legal consultation and arbitration and substitute solutions who considered today as the best qualify lawyers in Income and sales tax domain, companies, commercial disputes, trade representation and family cases. Alfred Law Firm for legal consultation and arbitration and substitute solutions is a legal and tax consultant for many local and international companies such as Dubai Capital Company/Jordan, Duty-Free shops, Nuqul Group and other individuals and companies in and outside Jordan. Dr. Alfred Dayyat passed on his own law firm to his son Advocate Bashar Alfred Dayyat.
