The Italian Association for Arbitration (AIA) and the Milan Chamber of Arbitration (CAM) have been cooperating to foster education in international arbitration for many years. On the basis of such a cooperation, we wish to inform you that AIA and CAM will jointly organize an annual practice, in view of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, that will be held alternatively in
Rome and Milan. The purpose of the AIA-CAM Pre-Moot is to provide effective support to the teams for success in the international competition and to foster the learning process inherent to the Moot’s dynamics. The Arbitral Tribunals will be composed of the greatest names of Italian and international arbitration, experienced coaches, practitioners, professors and former Willem C. The arbitrators will score the teams, as well as will give the most appropriate feedbacks, in order to help improving the participant’s performance. Participation to the AIA-CAM Pre-Moot is not only an academic activity, but it offers great and intimate networking opportunities with mooties, arbitrators and practitioners involved in the field of international arbitration and trade law.
