Today’s visit to charming Villa Asti, one of the properties we started managing in 2026. The house was generally in good shape, while the garden is understandably feeling this long dry spell. We found a number of dead hornets inside, which helped identify a nest hidden in the stonework near the house. A few overlooked details were picked up, outdoor cushions were safely stored away, and the worn stone steps were flagged for repair. Small observations today help prevent bigger issues tomorrow.

Yesterday was absolutely breathtaking ✨ After my very first check-in at a new property in Loazzolo (lovely!), I stopped by to visit one of my long-standing clients. I was completely speechless when I saw the endless row of hydrangeas lining the road – so many different colors, with the magnificent wine hills of Loazzolo stretching out in the background. Absolutely stunning! 🌸🍷
I’ve already sent the info to my client – both of us need to compliment the gardener! 🙌

A quick property check showed that, overall, the house is in very good shape — clean inside, tidy outside, and well kept after the latest guest stay. A few small improvements are still worth considering in the upstairs bedroom area to make the space even more comfortable and functional 🏡

This afternoon’s check-out after an early departure this morning. A good day to handle the final details, keep everything running smoothly, and prepare the property for what comes next.

That’s the part I value most in this job: being present, good communication with the owner, staying on top of things, and making sure every stay ends well.

Today’s property visit turned into an important on-site inspection, with specialists looking into a major structural issue near the house. Safety first, of course, but also functionality, aesthetics all came into the conversation that will follow up with costs with the owners.

I also took care of the usual routine checks and fixed a small issue on the spot, keeping everything moving in the right direction.
