هبوط أسعار النفط وسط إمدادات جيدة بالسوق وإعفاءات من عقوبات إيران
انخفضت أسعار النفط ، مع زيادة التوقعات بتوفر إمدادات جيدة بالسوق بعد إعفاءات من العقوبات الأمريكية على إيران لكبار مشتري الخام من طهران.

وتراجعت أسعار عقود أقرب استحقاق لخام برنت صباح اليوم ، 30 سنتا إلى 71,83 دولارا للبرميل، فيما بلغ خام غرب تكساس الوسيط الأمريكي 61,84 دولارا للبرميل بانخفاض قدره 37 سنتا.

وانخفض خاما برنت وغرب تكساس الوسيط 17,4 بالمئة و19,7 بالمئة على الترتيب من أعلى مستوى لهما في أربع سنوات المسجل في تشرين الأول الماضي.

من جانبه أكد بنك "جيه.بي مورجان" الأمريكي ان بيع النفط سببه فائض الخام الناجم عن ارتفاع الإنتاج بينما ما زالت الإمدادات الإيرانية في السوق.

وقد أعادت واشنطن فرض عقوبات على صادرات النفط الإيرانية يوم الاثنين الماضي، لكنها منحت إعفاءات لكبار زبائن طهران مما يسمح بواردات محدودة للمئة والثمانين يوما القادمة.

وأظهرت بيانات "رفينيتيف" أن صادرات إيران انخفضت إلى مليون برميل يوميا منذ بداية تشرين الثاني الجاري، متراجعة من نحو ثلاثة ملايين برميل يوميا في منتصف 2018، لكن من المتوقع أن تزيد الإمدادات الإيرانية بعد تشرين الثاني مع استخدام الإعفاءات للبدء في طلب شراء المزيد من النفط الإيراني

Foreign companies are permitted to open their branches in Iraq: -

1- if they have been awarded a government contract.
2-if they are working with a company which is contracted by the government, the contract awarded must be for a project funded through the federal budget of Iraq.
While the brunch office can only pursue business activities within the scope defined by the parent company, it will still be allowed to invoice local customers, sign local contracts and receive income from customers.

ESTABLISHING A LEGAL BUSINESS PRESENCE IN IRAQ

The Companies Law No. 21 of 1997 (amended by CPA No. 64 in 2004) (Companies Law) allows several types of corporate entities to be registered in Iraq (including the Kurdistan Region of Iraq).
For foreign investors looking to enter the Iraqi market, three main vehicles can be used:

- private limited liability company (LLC).
- branch office of a foreign entity.
- representative office of a foreign entity.

There are also mixed and joint stock companies, but the above corporate structures are most appropriate for establishing a corporate presence in Iraq for foreign investors.

مشاركة مجموعة شركات لارسا في استقبال اول ناقلة نفط سعة 45 الف طن على رصيف رقم 9 في ميناء ام قصر الجنوبي المستثمر من قبل شركة جنه الفردوس ويعتبر هذا الرصيف من اول الارصفة النفطية المؤهلة في ميناء ام قصر الجنوبي وفقا للمعاير الدولية.
LARSA Group of companies is participated in receiving the first oil tanker ship capacity of 45 thousand tons on berth No. 9 in southern port of UM QASER invested by JAF Company. This berth is one of the first qualified oil berths in the southern port of Umm Qasr in accordance with international standards.

اجتماع عمل
بتاريخ 2017/11/7 تم عقد اجتماع مع المدير العام لشركة النقل البحري / وكالة (عبد الكريم كنهل) والمدير التنفيذي لشركة تاج البحر وبحضور السادة مدراء الاقسام وتمت مناقشة خطة العمل لمشروع المحطة العائمة بين الشركة العامة للنقل البحري وشركة تاج البحر للخدمات البحرية والتجارة العامة حيث سيقوم الاخير بتولي مهمة تجهيز كافة الارزاق والخدمات لكل ناقلة داخل موانئ العراق وخارجه حيث سيكون عمل شركتنا ضمن الشركات الساندة والدراعمة لهذا المشروع.

A meeting was held in (2017/11/7) with the Deputy General Director of Maritime transport Mr. Abdul Karim Kanhal and the Executive manager of Sea Crown Co. with attends of department managers, they discuss the floating station working plan according to the joint venture contract between Maritime transport and Sea Crown Co. Where the latter has adopted the mission of supplying all the vessels inside and outside the Iraqi ports with livelihoods, fresh water and other services. Our work will be within the supporting companies for this project.

تم استلام الشحنة الثانية للخزان والعمل مستمر عليها لأخراجها من الحاويات.. علماً ان عدد الحاويات هو ٤ x اربعين قدم.. واليكم بعض الصور المرفقة من موقع العمل في رصيف 9
