بدعوة من شركة الفخار للمقاولات الهندسية المحدودة (Al Fakhar Engineering Projects Co. Ltd)، شاركت شركة المحامون المتحدون في ورشة العمل التي عُقدت بتاريخ 10 شباط في فندق قصر كورال، بحضور المختصين في مجال البيئة من وزارة النفط.

ومثّل شركتنا المحامي حمزة حسين محسن، حيث ألقى كلمة حول الإطار القانوني لتأسيس الشركات المختلطة بين القطاعين العام والخاص وفق أحكام قانون الشركات رقم (21) لسنة 1997 المعدل، وذلك في سياق مقترح تأسيس شركة وطنية للمراقبة البيئية بالشراكة مع وزارة النفط.

وتأتي هذه المشاركة ضمن دورنا في دعم النماذج القانونية
للشراكات الاستراتيجية وتعزيز الامتثال في القطاعات الحيوية.

At the invitation of Al Fakhar For Engineering Projects Co. Ltd., Al Muhamoon Al Mutahidoon participated in a workshop held on 10 February at Coral Palace Hotel, attended by environmental specialists from the Ministry of Oil.

Our firm was represented by Attorney Hamza Hussein Mohsen, who delivered a presentation on the legal framework governing the establishment of mixed-sector companies between public and private entities under the Iraqi Companies Law No. (21) of 1997 (as amended), in the context of a proposed national environmental monitoring company in partnership with the Ministry of Oil.

This participation reflects our commitment to supporting strategic legal structures and strengthening regulatory compliance in key sectors.

تفخر شركة المحامون المتحدون بالإعلان عن تسجيلها كأول شركة عراقية من القطاع الخاص ضمن منظومة التصديق الوطني لاعتماد التوقيع الإلكتروني في معاملاتها، وذلك تطبيقاً لأحكام قانون التوقيع الإلكتروني رقم (78) لسنة 2012.

وقد تم اعتماد هذه الآلية بالتعاون مع شركة مصدر التكنولوجيا Technology Source عبر منصة توقيعك، لتشمل التوقيع الرقمي للمستندات والبريد الإلكتروني، بما يسهم في تسريع الإجراءات ورفع كفاءة العمل
المؤسسي.

وتُعد هذه الخطوة الأولى والأهم في مسار التحول الرقمي في العراق فيما يتعلق بتطبيق التوقيع الإلكتروني، ضمن رؤية تسعى إلى توسيع تطبيق الحلول التقنية الحديثة مستقبلاً.

Al Muhamoon Al Mutahidoon is proud to announce its registration as the first private-sector Iraqi firm within the National Certification System for the adoption of electronic signatures, in accordance with Electronic Signature Law No. (78) of 2012.

This system has been implemented in collaboration with Technology Source through the “Twokeyok” platform, covering digital document signing and secure email signatures, contributing to faster procedures and improved institutional efficiency.

This milestone represents the first and most significant step in the Iraqi digital transformation in relation to Digital Signature technology, with a vision to expand the use of advanced technological solutions in the future.

تشرفت شركتنا المحامون المتحدون بالمشاركة في ملتقى الأعمال العراقي–الفرنسي في باريس، الذي انعقد خلال المدة 17–19 تشرين الثاني 2025، ممثَّلةً بالمحامي بيير فورنول – مسؤول الاستشارات والتحكيم الدولي – وذلك ضمن اجتماعات ضمّت قيادات اقتصادية وشركات من العراق وفرنسا لبحث فرص
الاستثمار والتعاون الثنائي.

كما حضر مدير الشركة المفوّض المحامي مقداد سامي الجبوري جلسة مناقشة مخرجات الملتقى التي عُقدت في بغداد بتاريخ 1 كانون الأول 2025 برئاسة مستشار رئيس الوزراء الأستاذ أدهم الفخّار، حيث تم تقديم شهادة مشاركة من قبل رئيس مجلس الأعمال العراقي الفرنسي لشركتنا بمناسبة مشاركتها في هذا المنتدى.

Our firm, Al Muhamoon Al Mutahidoon, was honored to participate in the Iraqi–French Business Forum in Paris, held from 17 to 19 November 2025, represented by Attorney Pierre Fournol, Head of International Advisory and Arbitration. The forum brought together economic leaders and major companies from Iraq and France to discuss investment opportunities and avenues for bilateral cooperation.

Our Managing Director, Attorney Muqdad Sami Al-Juboori, also attended the forum outcomes meeting held in Baghdad on 1 December 2025, chaired by the Prime Minister’s Advisor, Mr. Adham Al-Fakhar, during which the Chairman of the Iraqi–French Business Council presented our firm with a participation certificate in recognition of its involvement in the forum.

Our firm, Al Muhamoon Al Mutahidoon, represented by Attorney Pierre Fournol, Head of the International Arbitration and Litigation Department, was honored to participate in the bi-annual meeting of the Iraqi–French Business Council (IFBC), held in Paris on the 15th of November 2025, following an official invitation from MEDEF International.

The meeting brought together a distinguished group of economic leaders and corporate representatives from Iraq and France to discuss investment opportunities and avenues for joint cooperation in the sectors of energy, infrastructure, and services, as well as to develop economic partnerships that support the business environment in Iraq and strengthen bilateral collaboration between the two countries.

تشرّفت شركة المحامون المتحدون بتلقّي دعوة من منصة المحكمة الافتراضية، أول منصة للتدريب القانوني في العراق — لمشاركة مديرها المفوض المحامي مقداد سامي الجبوري بصفة محكّم في المرافعة الختامية للمسابقة الوطنية الأولى للمحكمة الافتراضية لعام 2025، والتي أُقيمت في قاعة ( المحطة - The Station) – الكرادة، يوم الخميس الموافق 16 تشرين الأول 2025.

وقد شهدت هذه المسابقة الأكاديمية المرموقة مشاركة 65 فريقاً من 28 جامعة عراقية تمثل كليات القانون، تنافسوا في مرافعات تحاكي الواقع القضائي، ضمن أجواء علمية رصينة وتحت إشراف لجان تحكيم مختصة من ذوي الخبرة القانونية والأكاديمية.

وتأتي هذه المشاركة ضمن حرص شركتنا على دعم المبادرات الأكاديمية والمهنية التي تسهم في تطوير المهارات العملية لطلبة كليات القانون، وتعزز التكامل بين الجانب الأكاديمي والتطبيقي في مجال الممارسة القانونية في العراق.

Al Muhamoon Al Mutahidoon had the honor of receiving an invitation from the Virtual Court Platform – the first legal training platform in Iraq – for its Managing Director, Attorney Muqdad Sami Al Juboori, to serve as a judge in the final hearing of the First National Virtual Court Competition 2025, held at The Station – Baghdad on Thursday, October 16, 2025.

This distinguished academic competition brought together 65 teams from 28 Iraqi universities representing faculties of law, who competed in simulated judicial hearings evaluated by specialized panels of legal and academic experts.

Our participation in this initiative reflects our firm’s continued interest in supporting academic efforts that enhance students’ practical legal skills and strengthen the connection between legal education and professional practice in Iraq.

عُقد ملتقى الطاقة العراقي الفرنسي بتاريخ 14 أكتوبر 2025 في قاعة قصر كورال بتنظيم مجلس الأعمال العراقي الفرنسي وبالتعاون مع شركة ( TotalEnergies)، وقد مثّل شركتنا المدير المفوض مقداد سامي الجبوري بصفته عضو مجلس الإدارة لمجلس الأعمال العراقي الفرنسي. وشهد الملتقى حضور وفد فرنسي رفيع المستوى يضم نخبة من كبرى الشركات الفرنسية المتخصصة في مجالات الطاقة والنفط والغاز، منها:

‏EVOLEN, Schneider Electric, Parlym Consulting, VINCI Energies, CIRA, Wave Energies, SPIE, SEAOWL, ANOTECH, INTER360, TotalEnergies

وشهد الملتقى حضور السفارة الفرنسية () في العراق ممثلة بالأستاذ لورانت أستريد، رئيس الدائرة الاقتصادية، حيث تضمنت الجلسات الحوارية المثمرة لقاءً بين ممثلي الشركات الفرنسية وأعضاء مجلسنا الموقر، وتم خلاله مناقشة فرص التعاون والاستثمار المشترك، وتبادل الخبرات في مجالات الطاقة المتجددة، وتطوير مشاريع النفط والغاز، والبنى التحتية للطاقة في العراق.

كما أكد المشاركون على أهمية الشراكات العراقية–الفرنسية في
دعم التنمية المستدامة وتعزيز بيئة الاستثمار في قطاع الطاقة.

The Iraqi–French Energy Forum was held on October 14, 2025, at Qasr Coral Hall, organized by the Iraqi–French Business Council in cooperation with TotalEnergies. Our firm was represented by Managing Director Attorney Muqdad Sami Al Juboori, in his capacity as a Board Member of the Iraqi–French Business Council. The event featured a high-level French delegation that included representatives of leading French companies specializing in energy, oil, and gas sectors, such as:

Evolen, Schneider Electric, Parlym , VINCI Energies, CIRA, Wave Energies, SPIE, SEAOWL, Anotech, INTER360, and Total Energies.

The forum was attended by the French Embassy in Iraq, represented by Mr. Laurent Astrid, Head of the Economic Department. The sessions featured productive discussions between representatives of the French companies and members of our esteemed Council, focusing on opportunities for cooperation and joint investment, as well as knowledge exchange in renewable energy, oil and gas development, and energy infrastructure in Iraq.

Participants emphasized the importance of Iraqi–French partnerships in supporting sustainable development and enhancing the investment environment in Iraq’s energy sector.

بتنظيم من قبل منظمة رجال الاعمال للتطوير الاقتصادي وبرعاية وزارة التجارة العراقية، انعقد ملتقى الوكالات التجارية الثاني في العراق في فندق قلب العالم يومي 20 و21 أيلول 2025 في بغداد، وبمشاركة واسعة من ممثلي القطاعين العام والخاص وعدة سفارات وملحقيات تجارية، إضافةً إلى نخبة من أصحاب القرار ورجال الأعمال.

ناقش الملتقى قانون الوكالات التجارية وآليات تطوير بيئة العمل التجاري في العراق، وسبل تسهيل تسجيل وتشغيل الوكالات التجارية بما ينسجم مع متطلبات الاستثمار وتعزيز الانفتاح الاقتصادي.

وقد شارك فريق شركتنا، في هذا الحدث المهم، تأكيداً لدور المحامون المتحدون في متابعة التطورات القانونية ذات الصلة بالوكالات التجارية، والإسهام في صياغة بيئة قانونية وتشريعية أكثر دعمًا لجذب الاستثمارات وتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية.

Organized by the Businessmen Organization for Economic Development and under the patronage of the Ministry of Trade, the Second Commercial Agencies Forum was held on September 20–21, 2025 in Iraq, at the World Heart Hotel in Baghdad. The event saw broad participation from representatives of both the public and private sectors, as well as many embassies and commercial attachés, in addition to a distinguished group of decision-makers and business leaders.

The forum addressed the Commercial Agencies Law and explored mechanisms to enhance Iraq’s business environment, facilitate the registration and operation of commercial agencies, and align practices with investment requirements while strengthening economic openness.

Our firm’s team participated in this important event, reaffirming Al Muhamoon Al Mutahidoon’s commitment to staying at the forefront of legal developments related to commercial agencies and contributing to the creation of a stronger legal and regulatory framework that supports investment and drives economic development.
