التقرير النهائي لمؤشرات الاستثمار في البصرة لعام 2021 بحسب هيئـة استثمـار البصـرة:
"في البداية لنراجع جاذبية سوق البصرة للسنوات الأربعة الماضية. بلغ حجم الاستثمارات في البصرة لعام 2018 قرابة 300 مليون دولار وارتفع في 2019 الى 700 مليون دولار ولكن الجائحة والظروف العالمية أثرت على النمو المكتسب في الاستثمارات وأدت إلى انخفاض بلغ في 2020 قرابة 11% عن العام الذي قبله وتراجع عندها حجم الاستثمارات الى 560 مليون دولار. ولكنها عاودت الارتفاع حيث تخطت 788 مليون دولار في 2021.
نأتي على تفصيل محاور الأداء في 2021 وخطة 2022:
المحور الأول: - مؤشرات الاستثمار :
1- بلغ رأس المال الاستثماري للمشاريع المكتملة إجراءات منح الاجازة الاستثمارية 1.7 مليار دولار في عام 2021.
2- بلغ حجم الاستثمارات في المشاريع التي منحت إجازات استثمارية في البصرة خلال عام 2021 (788) مليون دولار موزعة على 17 مشروع استثماري.
3- بلغت نسبة نمو المؤشر الاستثماري في 2021 أكثر من 41% عن عام 2020
4- إجمالي المشاريع الاستثمارية المجازة بلغ عددها (178) مشروع بكلفة تتجاوز (7 مليار و 118 مليون دولار) .
5- حصل 57 مشروع استثماري على نسب إنجاز 100% في 2021 مقارنة بـ 8 مشاريع في عام 2020.
6- نسب الاستثمارات حسب الجنسيات جاء تقسيمها بالشكل التالي:
عراقي ( 54%) ، أجنبي (42%) , مشترك ( 4%).
7- تقسيم الاستثمارات حسب القطاعات جاء بالشكل التالي:
الصناعي اللوجستي الكهرباء: 42 %
التجاري والسياحي: 28 %
السكني: 26.8 %
النقل: 4.7%
التعليمي والصحي: 2.3%
الزراعي 0.8%
الخدمي 0.7%
8- بلغ عدد الطلبات الاستثمارية لعام 2021 (163) طلباً مقسمة بالشكل التالي:
القطاع الصناعي 50 , القطاع السكني 40 , القطاع التجاري 23 , القطاع السياحي 21 , القطاع الخدمي 15 , القطاع الصحي 8 , القطاع التعليمي 4 , القطاع الزراعي 2

The final report on investment indicators in Basra for the year 2021, according to the Basra Investment Authority:
"First, let's review the attractiveness of the Basra market for the past four years. The volume of investments in Basra for the year 2018 amounted to nearly 300 million dollars and rose in 2019 to 700 million dollars, but the pandemic and global conditions affected the growth gained in investments and led to a decline that amounted to about 11% in 2020 from the previous year, and then the volume of investments declined to 560 million dollars, but then rose again, as it exceeded 788 million dollars in 2021.
We detail the performance categories in 2021 and the 2022 plan:
The first category: - Investment indicators:
1- The investment capital of the completed projects, the procedures for granting the investment license, amounted to 1.7 billion dollars in 2021.
2- The volume of investments in projects that were granted investment licenses in Basra during 2021 amounted to (788) million dollars, distributed among 17 investment projects.
3- The growth rate of the investment index in 2021 was more than 41% over the year 2020
4- The total number of approved investment projects amounted to (178) projects at a cost exceeding (7 billion and 118 million dollars).
5- 57 investment projects achieved 100% completion rates in 2021, compared to 8 projects in 2020.
6- Investment ratios by nationalities were divided as follows:
Iraqi (54%), foreign (42%), joint (4%).
7- The division of investments by sectors was as follows:
Industrial Logistics Electricity: 42%
Commercial and tourism: 28%
Residential: 26.8%
Transfer: 4.7%
Education and health: 2.3%
Agricultural 0.8%
service 0.7%
8- The number of investment applications for the year 2021 reached (163), divided as follows:
The industrial sector 50, the residential sector 40, the commercial sector 23, the tourism sector 21, the service sector 15, the health sector 8, the educational sector 4, the agricultural sector 2
