Reaching two years completion of Handing over the site by my mother company to its attorned legal heirs of the land owners. Thanks to the crew who actively participated in that process. Feeling like falling falling falling don't know when I am going to touch the rockbottom and bounce back.
The job is Lose-lose situation and nobody got benifited out of it. Lack of foresights, lack of proper negotiations, loopwholes in the system, personal weaknesses are ready to attack a person to see his deadend. Fascinating thing one forgets hear is you may cut the tree and weedout the roots still some where sapling sproutes. only time matters. nature is stronger than selfish man. it will work in its own way . our duty is to pray and invite good people into our life and business. let bad minds perish. Good minds cherish.

ఒక మహిళ.... ఒంటరి మహిళ ఫించను కోసం అప్లై చేసుకుంది.
ఆ అప్లికేషన్ తీసుకుని ఎంక్వైరీ కోసం ఒక ఆఫీసర్ ఆమె ఇంటికి వచ్చాడు.

ఆఫీసర్ : ఏమమ్మా, మీ ఆయన petrol bunk owner కదా, నీవు ఒంటరి మహిళ ఫించను కోసం అప్లై చేయడమేమిటి ?

మహిళ : ఆయన ఎప్పుడూ Bunk అంటాడు, price changing అంటాడు ,ఆన్ లైన్ అంటాడు, Bank work అంటాడు , tanker unloading అంటాడు , విజిలెన్స వాళ్ళ inspection అంటాడు, Revenue వాళ్ళ inspection అంటాడు , quality checking mobile van వచ్చింది అంటాడు, sales officer visit అంటాడు, 3rd party inspection అంటాడు, meeting అంటాడు, ఇంకా ఏవేవో అంటూనే ఉంటాడు. ఆఖరుకు ఆదివారాలు, పండగ రోజులు వచ్చినా Pump repairs , boys duty లో లేరు పిలుచుకు రావాలి అంటూ వెళ్ళిపోతారు ..ఎప్పుడైనా పోరపాటున ఇంట్లో ఉంటే చెవిలో ఫోను పెట్టుకోని అలాగే సార్, చేసేస్తాను సార్, ఓకే సార్, అయిపోతుంది సార్ అని అంటూనే ఉంటాడు. అఫీషియల్ మెసేజీలు అంటాడు,
ఈ మెయిల్స్ అంటాడు, వాట్సాప్ Messages అంటుంటాడు. నెల రోజులయింది Credit వేసి AMount ఎప్పడు ఇస్తారు సార్ please తొందరగా arrange చేయండి సార్ రేపటి Load కు problem అవుతుంది అంటు phone లో మాట్లాడుతూనే ఉంటాడు అంతే కానీ, అంతకు మించి నాతో కానీ, పిల్లలతో కానీ ఒక్క మాటైనా మాట్లాడడు సార్,
ఇది ఒంటరి తనమే కదా సార్. పోనీ ఇంతలా కష్టపడుతున్నడు సంపాదన అయినా చాలా ఉంటుంది అనుకుందామంటే bank OD కు కట్టాలి 5 days credit కు కట్టాలి అంటూ ప్రతి రోజు tension గానే ఉంటారు. కాబట్టి దయచేసి నన్ను "ఒంటరి మహిళ"గా గుర్తించి, ఆ ఫింఛను కాస్త వచ్చేటట్లు చెయ్యండి సార్, మీకు పుణ్యం ఉంటుంది.

During a Robbery in Hong Kong, the Bank Robber shouted to everyone in the bank:
"Don't move. The Money belongs to the Government. Your Life belongs to You."

Everyone in the Bank laid down quietly.

This is called "Mind Changing Concept” Changing the Conventional Way of Thinking.

When a Lady lay on the Table provocatively, the Robber shouted at her:
"Please be Civilised! This is a Robbery and not a R**e!"

This is called "Being Professional” . Focus only on What You are Trained to do!

When the Bank Robbers returned Home, the Younger Robber (MBA Trained) told the older Robber (who has only completed Year 6 in Primary School):
"Big Brother, let's count how much we got."

The older Robber rebutted and said:
"You are very Stupid. There is so much Money it will take us a long time to count. Tonight, the TV News will tell us how much we Robbed from the Bank!"

This is called "Experience”
Nowadays, experience is more Important than Paper Qualifications!

After the Robbers had left, the Bank Manager told the Bank supervisor to call the Police quickly. But the Supervisor said to him:
"Wait! Let us take out $10 Million from the Bank for ourselves and add it to the $70 Million that we have previously Embezzled from the Bank”.

This is called "Swim with the Tide”
Converting an unfavorable situation to Your Advantage!

The Supervisor says: "It will be Good if there is a Robbery every month."

This is called "Changing Priority”
Personal Happiness is more Important than Your Job”.

The next day, the TV News reported that $100 Million was taken from the Bank. The Robbers Counted and Counted and Counted, but they could only Count $20 Million.

The Robbers were very Angry and Complained:
"We risked our Lives and only took $20 Million. The Bank Manager took $80 Million with a snap of his fingers. It looks like it is better to be Educated than to be a Thief!"

After the AP state split, and before demonetisation, due to the land value shootups and loopwholes in the Legal systems and unscrupulous behaviour of lawyers and blind selfishness of land owners ;..... many lands in vijayawada city are covered with mere iron sheets. Where will we get development. One day Vijayawada will be filled with Blue color Iron sheets. that would be the development and nothing else......
