You can delegate tasks.
You cannot delegate responsibility.
CA will handle filings.
Lawyer will handle contracts.
HR will handle people.
Marketing will handle brand.
And the founder?
“Focus on growth.”
That sounds smart — until everything starts breaking at once.
Because compliance doesn’t fail in departments.
It fails at leadership level.
When founders stay uninvolved,
problems don’t disappear — they accumulate silently.
And when they surface?
Penalties.
Disputes.
Lost deals.
Damaged credibility.
Let’s be blunt:
If you’re not looking at compliance,
you’re not in control of your business.
You’re just hoping nothing goes wrong.
