કેન્દ્ર સરકારે શ્રમ મંત્રાલય દ્વારા કર્મચારી ભવિષ્ય નિધિ સંગઠન માટે આદેશ જાહેર કર્યો છે. કેન્દ્ર સરકારે કર્મચારીઓના UAN (યુનિવર્સલ એકાઉન્ટ નંબર)ને એક્ટિવ કરવા માટે આધાર આધારિત OTP (વન ટાઇમ પાસવર્ડ) ફરજિયાત બનાવવા જણાવ્યું છે. આ OTP દ્વારા UAN એક્ટિવેટ કર્યા પછી, કર્મચારીઓ સરળતાથી EPFOની ઓનલાઈન સેવાઓનો લાભ લઈ શકશે.

શ્રમ મંત્રાલય કેન્દ્રીય બજેટમાં જાહેર કરેલા વચનોને પૂર્ણ કરવા માટે કામ કરી રહ્યું છે. જેનો હેતુ નોકરીદાતાઓ અને કર્મચારીઓ ELI (કર્મચારી લિંક્ડ સ્કીમ)નો લાભ મેળવી શકે તેવો છે. આ માટે, શ્રમ અને રોજગાર મંત્રાલયે EPFOને અભિયાન મોડમાં કામ કરવા કહ્યું છે.

OTP આધારિત UAN એક્ટિવેશન સાથે, કર્મચારીઓ તેમના જાહેર ફંડ એકાઉન્ટને અસરકારક રીતે સંચાલિત કરી શકે છે. તમે PF પાસબુક ડાઉનલોડ કરી શકો છો અને પૈસા ઉપાડવા માટે ઑનલાઇન દાવાઓ, એડવાન્સ અને ફંડ ટ્રાન્સફરની સાથે વ્યક્તિગત વિગતો સરળતાથી અપડેટ કરી શકો છો. તમે ઓનલાઈન ક્લેમને રિયલટાઈમ અપડેટ પણ કરી શકો છો.

24 કલાક EPFO સેવાઓનો કરી શકાય છે ઉપયોગ

કર્મચારીઓને EPFO સેવાઓની 24-કલાક ઍક્સેસ મળે છે. જેને તેઓ તેમના ઘરેથી અપડેટ કરી શકે છે. આનો અર્થ એ છે કે તેમને વ્યક્તિગત રીતે EPFO ઓફિસ આવવાની જરૂર નથી. EPFO તેની પહોંચ વધારવા માટે ઝોનલ અને પ્રાદેશિક કચેરીઓમાં આનો અમલ કરશે. બાદમાં, આ પ્રક્રિયાના બીજા તબક્કામાં, બાયોમેટ્રિક ઓથેંટિકેશનને પણ UAN એક્ટિવેશનમાં પણ સામેલ કરવામાં આવશે, જેને ફેસ ઓથેંટિકેશન દ્વારા પૂર્ણ કરવામાં આવશે.

આ રીતે આધાર-આધારિત OTP થી એક્ટિવેટ પ્રક્રિયા કરો પૂર્ણ

એક્ટિવેશન પ્રક્રિયા આધાર-આધારિત OTP (વન-ટાઇમ પાસવર્ડ) નો ઉપયોગ કરીને પૂર્ણ કરી શકાય છે. આ માટે નોકરીદાતાઓએ તેમના કર્મચારીઓ અહીં દર્શાવેલા સ્ટેપ્સને અનુસરીને UAN એક્ટિવ કરે તેની ખાતરી કરવી જોઈએ.

તેમાં UAN, આધાર નંબર, નામ, જન્મ તારીખ અને આધાર લિંક કરેલ મોબાઈલ નંબર દાખલ કરો.

EPFOની તમામ ડિજિટલ સેવાઓ ઍક્સેસ થઈ શકે તે માટે કર્મચારીઓનો મોબાઈલ નંબર આધાર સાથે લિંક થયેલો હોવો જોઈએ.

આધાર OTP વેલિડેશન પર ક્લિક કરો.

તમારા આધાર સાથે લિંક કરેલા મોબાઈલ નંબર પર OTP મેળવવા માટે Get Authorization PIN પર ક્લિક કરો.

એક્ટિવેશન પૂર્ણ કરવા માટે OTP દાખલ કરો.

સફળ એક્ટિવેશન પર તમારા રજિસ્ટર્ડ મોબાઇલ નંબર પર પાસવર્ડ મોકલવામાં આવશે.
