छत्तीसगढ़ के बिलासपुर जिले में अगस्त 2026 में एक अजीब मामला सामने आया है, जहां छत्तीसगढ़ हाई कोर्ट के मुख्य न्यायाधीश (रमेश सिन्हा) की तस्वीर का इस्तेमाल करके श्मशान घाट में काला जादू और तांत्रिक अनुष्ठान करने के आरोप में पुलिस ने 4 आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया है। यह अनुष्ठान एक चाकूबाजी के मामले में आरोपियों को जमानत दिलाने और पीड़ित परिवार को डराने के लिए किया जा रहा था।

👉 जानबूझकर गाना रोकना या बाधा डालना अब अपराध है।
⚖️ सज़ा: 3 साल तक जेल, जुर्माना या दोनों।
🔁 Repeat offenders: कम से कम 1 साल की सज़ा तय!

🎶 Vande Mataram now protected by law!
Stopping or disrupting its singing = punishable offense.
Penalty: Up to 3 years jail, fine, or both.
Repeat offenders face minimum 1 year imprisonment.
