# 🌿 मेरी Estate Planning Journey...

नमस्कार! 🙏

आज मैं आपसे एक सिंपल... लेकिन लाइफ बदल देने वाला सवाल पूछना चाहता हूँ...

क्या आपको पूरा यकीन है कि आपने ज़िंदगी भर की मेहनत से जो Wealth और Assets बनाए हैं... वो आपकी मर्ज़ी के मुताबिक आपके परिवार तक ही पहुँचेंगे?

अगर कल अचानक कुछ Unexpected हो जाए तो...

📌 क्या आपके Family Members को आपके सारे Important Documents आसानी से मिल जाएंगे?

📌 क्या उन्हें पता है कि आपके Assets का Legal Heir कौन है?

📌 क्या उन्हें यह मालूम है कि कहाँ से शुरुआत करनी है और कौन-कौन सी Legal Process पूरी करनी होगी?

एक समय था जब यही सवाल मेरे सामने भी खड़ा था।

और वहीं से मेरी Estate Planning Journey की शुरुआत हुई...

सच कहूँ तो...

मैंने Estate Planning सिर्फ एक और Career या Certification के लिए नहीं चुना।

इस Journey की शुरुआत एक सिंपल... लेकिन लाइफ चेंजिंग सवाल से हुई।

Financial Planning और Wealth Management Industry में काम करते हुए मुझे कई Families के साथ Closely Interact करने का मौका मिला।

हर Family ने अपनी पूरी ज़िंदगी मेहनत करके...

🏡 घर बनाया...

🏢 Property खरीदी...

💼 Business खड़ा किया...

📈 Investments किए...

और अपने परिवार के लिए Wealth Create की।

लेकिन...

मेरे मन में हमेशा एक ही सवाल आता था...

"अगर कल इस व्यक्ति को कुछ हो गया... तो क्या उसने ज़िंदगी भर की मेहनत से बनाई हुई Wealth उसकी मर्ज़ी के मुताबिक और सही वारिसों तक Safely Transfer हो पाएगी?"

दुर्भाग्य से...

इस सवाल का Clear Answer बहुत कम लोगों के पास था।

इसी दौरान मेरी Life में एक Personal Experience आया।

मेरे ससुर जी के निधन के बाद...

Important Documents...

Property Records...

Legal Heir...

और Succession Process से जुड़े कई Practical Questions सामने आए।

उस Experience ने मुझे एक बात बहुत गहराई से समझाई...

Wealth बनाना Important है...

लेकिन उस Wealth का सही Estate Planning करना उससे भी ज़्यादा Important है।

इसी दौरान...

मेरे एक Mentor ने मुझसे एक सवाल पूछा...

"निलेश... अगर कल तुम्हें कुछ हो गया, तो क्या तुम्हारी Family को पता होगा कि तुम्हारे Documents कहाँ हैं, तुम्हारी Assets कैसे Manage करनी हैं और आगे क्या Process Follow करनी है?"

उस पल...

मेरे पास Confidence के साथ देने लायक कोई जवाब नहीं था।

और वही मेरी Life का Turning Point बना।

उस सवाल का जवाब ढूँढने के लिए मैंने Estate Planning का गहराई से अध्ययन शुरू किया।

इस Journey के दौरान मैंने Chartered Trust & Estate Planner (CTEP) की International Professional Qualification AAFM, USA से प्राप्त की।

तब मुझे एहसास हुआ कि...

Estate Planning सिर्फ एक Legal Subject नहीं है...

यह हर Family की Responsibility, Clarity और Future Security की Foundation है।

इसी सोच के साथ मैंने NiWi Academy की शुरुआत की।

आज मेरा सिर्फ एक Mission है...

हर भारतीय परिवार को Estate Planning आसान भाषा में समझाना...

उनकी मेहनत से बनाई हुई Wealth को Protect करने में मदद करना...

उस Wealth को सही वारिसों तक Peacefully Transfer करने में Guide करना...

और अगली पीढ़ी के लिए एक Strong और Meaningful Legacy Create करने में साथ देना।

क्योंकि...

Estate Planning का मतलब Death की Preparation नहीं है...

बल्कि अपने परिवार के लिए प्यार, ज़िम्मेदारी और Foresight के साथ आज ही Planning करना है। ❤️

आपका estate plan, Useless हो सकता है… भले ही आपने उसे perfectly बनाया हो।

सोचिए, आपकी शादी हो गई, बच्चा हुआ, नया घर खरीदा या आपकी financial situation बदल गई, लेकिन आपका estate plan अभी भी पुराना ही है।

ऐसे में गलत व्यक्ति को control मिल सकता है, आपके loved ones को confusion और stress face करना पड़ सकता है, और जिन assets को आपने इतनी मेहनत से बनाया है, वो शायद आपकी इच्छा के अनुसार सही लोगों तक ना पहुंचें।

इसीलिए एक simple rule याद रखें: हर major life event के बाद अपना estate plan review करें, जैसे marriage, divorce, child birth, बड़ा financial change या serious health update.

Estate plan को one-time document मत समझिए। इसे अपनी family के लिए एक living safety shield समझिए.

ऐसी ही estate planning tips के लिए follow करें और life surprise देने से पहले अपनी legacy protect करें।
