Key Responsibilities
• Legal document preparation and drafting

This is a full-time on-site role as a Legal Associate at Vidhi Associates. 2. ACCOUNTANT

• Must have knowledge regarding managing of books of accounts
• Must be well versed with creation of vouchers such as invoices, debit and credit note.
• Must have skills and knowledge regarding Bank reconciliation
• Must be able to prepare and analyse financial records of the firm
• Must be able to prepare receivable and payable reconciliation


3. MIS COORDINATOR

Job location: Patna

Eligibility Criteria:
• Applicant must be resident of Patna
• Applicant must be well-versed with Excel, V-look up
• Must have good oratory skills to be able to speak to lawyers

Role & Responsibilities:
• Preparing Client wise MIS and sending the same to clients as per their requirements
• Monitoring of data including preparation of MIS by proper, regular and effective communication with all local counsels
• Manage letters and coordination for dispatch with vendors.
