Sisters International Are you a girl between the age of 13-19 years old? Then Sisters was made just for you!!

We figured life can feel kind of tough at times and so decided to start a sort of sisterhood that could support you along through some of life's challenges. We love getting groups of girls together from all sorts of schools and different backgrounds so you can have fun, share your experiences and encourage one another along. We even believe that you can take the things you have learned back to you

r communities to make them better. Sisters is made up of counsellors, doctors, lawyers, teachers and mothers; all women who are committed to encouraging the next generation of girls to reach their potential. Sisters holds a yearly conference in Ooty where teenage girls from school around the Nilgiris come learn and have fun together. First Sisters conference in Myitkyina, Myanmar on 10-12 May went wonderfully! We had great programs for both girls and women! There were workshops on the Five Languages, Developing Goals, Sexual Abuse, and Setting Boundaries. We also had team building activities, jazzercise, and crafts!

• Time: 9:00-4:30
• Where: Asian Christian High School
• Who: 10th-12th standard girls

I ran into Meghavarshini and Dhanusha at an ice cream shop who attended Sisters in Hosur three years ago from TVS school! They are now both in university and told me they have met girls from Laidlaw School who attended Sisters in Ooty! So neat how Sisters is continuing to bring girls together :)
