भारत सरकार द्वारा शुरू की गई नई “Cell Broadcast” आपदा चेतावनी प्रणाली का यह एक परीक्षण अलर्ट है। इस तकनीक के माध्यम से देश के नागरिकों को किसी भी प्राकृतिक या आपात स्थिति की तुरंत जानकारी दी जा सकेगी। यह संदेश केवल टेस्ट के रूप में भेजा गया है, इसलिए आम जनता को किसी भी प्रकार की कार्रवाई करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। इसका उद्देश्य लोगों को जागरूक और सतर्क बनाना है, ताकि आपदा के समय समय पर सूचना मिल सके और नुकसान को कम किया जा सके।
