He had addressed many seminars & conferences organized by Professional Bodies/Institutes including the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India, the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Chamber of Commerce, NGOs,. Furthermore, he is being invited to deliver on Companies Act, 2013, Board Management, by many Study Circles, Branches and/ or Regional Councils of ICAI and ICSI. Involvement in Social Responsibilities:
He is president of Serve India Foundation, an NGO providing free education to the children living in slums of India and economically forced in to the child labour. Represented the profession of company secretaries before then minister of Corporate Affairs and Secretariat of the ministry in the month of April 2013. Lead the protest (April 2014) against Companies Rules 2014 notified by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. My views on Companies Rules 2014 have been accepted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India accordingly suitable amendment have been made in the Rules. My views on various social and regulatory issues including Companies Rules 2014, General Budget 2015-16, and prevention of Child Labour have been published in various news papers, covered and telecasted by various leading news channel including Aaj Tak. Some achievement during student life :
Adjudged as the Best Presenter of the Projects - Intellectual Property Rights and a member of the best GD Group at 126th SMTP, organised by NIRC-ICSI, New Delhi. Represented the ICSI at the Surana & Surana All India Moot Court Compitation-2009 organized by Army Institute of Law, Mohali, Chandigarh. Represented the NIRC-ICSI at the National Round of All India Moot Court Competition, 2007 held at Bangalore. Adjudged as Co-Runner of All India Moot Court competition, 2007 (Regional Round, NIRC-ICSI Delhi). Adjudged as Co-Runner of All India Company Law Quiz 2006 & 2007 (Regional Round NIRC-ICSI Delhi).
