Hon'ble High Court of Delhi and All Districts courts of Delhi will resume full physical Hearings from November 22, 2021, However the court shall permit Hybrid/video conferencing hearing where a request to such effect is made by any of the parties or their counsels in advance.

The Suo Moto Limitations extended by Hon'ble Supreme Court for filing of cases from 15.03.2020 has comes to an end from 01.10.2021...

Now, the Limitation has been begin for all cases as per the law as it is from 15.03.2020.

All Delhi District Courts will resume hearing through Video conferancing in all regular matters from 24.07.2021 and Physical hearing will resume in restricted manner on experimental basis from 16.08.2021 and Hon'ble High Court will resume physical hearing in restricted manner from 16.08.2021 and till then only urgent matters as per the schedule.

Difference between ADVOCATE & LAWYER

Anyone who had completed his LLB whether 3 years or 5 years from any recognized University of the country is called "LAWYER" same as BARRISTER in United Kingdom (UK). A LAWYER cannot represent his/her client in Court.

& any Lawyer who enrolled himself with any of the Bar Council of the country and is its member is called as ADVOCATE same as SOLICITOR in United Kingdom (UK). Only ADVOCATE is eligible to represent his/her clients in the courts.

Many individuals & professionals like CA/CS/MBA's, Govt servants, private employees are lawyers but they are not Advocates.
