The Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme (CCFS-2026) has been extended for a second time, now open till 15th September 2026, vide General Circular No. 04/2026 dated 31 August 2026.

MCA has extended the Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026 (CCFS-2026) for a second time, from 31 August 2026 to 15 September 2026, vide General Circular No. 04/2026 dated 31 August 2026. All eligibility conditions, fee concessions, and immunity provisions remain unchanged.

DIN KYC Compliance Calculator:

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has amended the DIN KYC filing requirement — moving from an annual filing to a once-in-three-years cycle, effective 31st March 2026.

Key changes:

1. DIR-3-KYC-Web filing now required once every third financial year
2. Any change in mobile number, email ID, or residential address must still be updated within 30 days
3. Applicability depends on when your DIN was originally allotted

MCA Update: CCFS-2026 Update: Deadline Extended!

MCA has extended the Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026 (CCFS-2026) from 15th July to 31st August 2026 — vide General Circular No. 03/2026 dated 8th July 2026.

Reason: capacity enhancement & restoration work at the MCA data centre after the fire incident on 5th June 2026.

All benefits remain unchanged:
- File pending AOC-4, MGT-7/7A etc. at only 10% additional fees
- Dormant status (MSC-1) at 50% of normal fee
- Strike-off (STK-2) at 25% of normal fee
- Immunity from penalty u/s 92 & 137 (subject to conditions)

MCA Updates | Companies (CSR Policy) Amendment Rules, 2026

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has notified a significant amendment to the CSR Rules via G.S.R. 415(E) dated 27 May 2026.

Companies can now implement CSR activities through Zero Coupon Zero Principal (ZCZP) Instruments — securities issued by NPOs registered on SEBI's Social Stock Exchange.

What this means for you:
• Up to 10% of your annual CSR budget can be deployed via ZCZP instruments
• No impact assessment obligation for ZCZP-funded projects
• The NPO must complete the project within 3 financial years
• Unspent amounts on de-listing go to Schedule VII funds

This amendment bridges SEBI's Social Stock Exchange framework with the Companies Act CSR regime — bringing greater transparency and regulatory oversight to social spending.

MCA Updates: MCA launches Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026 (CCFS-2026)

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has announced a one-time compliance relief scheme allowing companies to:

- File pending annual returns and financial statements by paying only 10% of additional fees
- Apply for Dormant Company status at 50% of normal fee
- Apply for Strike-off at only 25% of filing fee

Scheme period: 15 April 2026 to 15 July 2026

This is a valuable opportunity for defaulting and inactive companies to regularise their compliance at a much lower cost.

One-time opportunity to file pending annual returns and financial statements at reduced additional fees under CCFS-2026."
