The Manager is the person who manages his job.

I and you are the manager as we manages home, office and/or business.

When we manages and does the duty at office/home, we cannot overlook at the law deliberately or inadvertently which are against the nation even if it is profitable for office/home.

Compliance culture is very important in business environment. The company's Board of Director and senior management must demonstrate and give a good example of compliance.

Our role as a IN-HOUSE counsel is same like a VIDUR from Mahabharta. The person who try to safegaurd his king and kingdom even when he new they were on the wrong side. We should advice what is legal right and wrong and try to safegaurd legally.
