I am honoured that my proposal advocating the appointment of Child Independent Lawyers (CILs) in Family Courts has been featured in Mumbai Mirror and Saamana.

Children are often the silent stakeholders in custody, guardianship, visitation, and relocation disputes. Their welfare is the primary consideration, yet their voices frequently remain unheard. My proposal submitted to NALSA seeks to establish a structured, child-centric framework that ensures children have an independent voice before Family Courts.

This initiative aims to strengthen access to justice by placing the best interests of the child at the heart of every decision.
