Official Liquidator of Bombay High Court took possession of huge parcel of Land at Hyderabad belonging to private individuals without any due diligence. The said action was attempted to be justified under section 456 of the Companies Act, 1956. We filed proceedings on behalf of owners, in the Bombay High Court seeking possession from the OL. Petkar Legal Litigation Team did a tremendous job and was able to achieve rare kind of a relief. Litigation was led and managed by Akshay Petkar assisted by Aniket Malu and PRANAV SHAH.

New Year at Petkar Legal started with a reported Judgment under Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act,2007. Legal issue under consideration was whether a co-sharer of the property can be evicted u/s 23 of the Act. Unfortunately the Hon'ble High Court ruled against the Petitioner being co-sharer. The case was argued by Akshay Petkar and assisted by Aniket Malu and Devashish Godbole.

Devashish Godbole will be keeping up challenge before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
