What an inspiring session! We recently wrapped up our Neurodiversity workshop, a truly enlightening experience.
Our facilitator .be_ing expertly guided us through the vital nuances of neurodiversity, shedding light on the persistent stigma and misconceptions that still surround it.

The energy in the room was electric as our audience brought their unique perspectives and incredible enthusiasm, deeply enriching the conversation. The diverse viewpoints shared truly amplified the learning for everyone involved.
It's through these kinds of vibrant and open interactions that we lay the foundation for a neuro-affirmative culture to become not just accepted, but normalized in our workspaces.

Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to making this workshop such a success!

This April, as we observe Sexual Assault Awareness Month, we must confront a stark reality: UN Women reported in 2023 that a staggering 91% of women in India have experienced gender-based violence in their lifetime. This statistic is not just a number; it represents countless stories, silenced pain, and a pervasive societal issue.
This Sexual Assault Awareness Month, let's champion the theme "25 Years Stronger: Looking Back, Moving Forward." It's a time to celebrate the incredible resilience of survivors and to recommit to our ongoing efforts to prevent sexual violence.
By speaking openly about sexual assault, we dismantle stigma and create vital spaces of solidarity. When survivors feel safe to share their experiences, they can more readily access redressal mechanisms and begin their healing journey. Let's move forward, together, towards a future free from gender-based violence.

Meet Priya, a marketing manager brilliant at creative ideas but struggling with strict
reporting deadlines. Her performance reviews labeled her ""disorganized and unreliable""
– but was it a character flaw, or a missed opportunity for understanding? 😔
📌 ADHD significantly impacts executive functions like time management and
prioritization. Labelling these challenges as personal failings denies capable employees
like Priya reasonable accommodations, potentially pushing them towards burnout or exit. A simple check-in could have changed everything!
Are your performance management strategies truly inclusive?
Learn to move beyond labels and embrace neurodiversity in the workplace.
Join our Neurodiversity Workshop to equip yourself with the knowledge and tools for
equitable management.
✨ In this workshop, you'll discover:
• How ADHD and other neurodivergent traits affect executive functions.
• Strategies for supportive performance management.

The law draws a line. We believe workplaces should stand well beyond it.

When legislation narrows who is seen and protected, organisations have a choice — follow the minimum, or lead with dignity.

At , our Transgender Inclusion Compliance Training doesn't just tell your teams what the law says. It builds workplaces where every person — regardless of how the law defines them — belongs.

Because inclusion was never just a legal obligation. It's a human one.

🧵 5 things the 2026 Transgender Persons Amendment changes for your workplace:

Who is legally recognised has narrowed. Trans men, trans women outside named socio-cultural categories, and non-binary persons may no longer fall within the Act's definition. Your inclusion policies need to go further than the law.

Medical certification is now mandatory. Identity recognition requires a medical board recommendation. This creates new administrative and emotional burdens for your transgender employees.

Documentation requirements have changed. Employees may need updated identity certificates. HR teams need to handle this with care, confidentiality, and zero pressure.

The gap between law and dignity is wider. The law sets a floor — not a ceiling. Organisations that only do the minimum will fall short of genuine inclusion.

Your POSH and HR policies may need a review. Definitions, grievance mechanisms, and training all need to reflect the new legal reality — and your values.

We help organisations bridge the gap between compliance and care.

The law has changed. But your responsibility  and your rights  remain critical.
The Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Amendment Act, 2026 is now in force. It narrows definitions, introduces medical screening-based certification for identity recognition, and reshapes the legal landscape for transgender persons in India.
For organisations, this raises questions on compliance and inclusion.
For transgender persons, it raises equally important questions on rights, recognition, and access.
What it doesn't change: the dignity every person deserves,  at work and beyond.
Are you aware of what this means for you?
Is your organisation ready?
