ARAVIND KEJRIWAL REFUSES TO APPEAR BEFORE THE DELHI HC:
Aravind Kejriwal AAP leader and the former Delhi Chief Minister has refused to appear before the Delhi High Court and in this regard Arvind Kejriwal wrote a letter to Delhi High Court Justice
, stating that he would no longer appear either in person or through his legal pleader /Advocate in the Delhi High Court in connection with the proposed
, citing that his "hope of getting justice" was shattered. He vowed to follow a path, claiming his decision was prompted by the judge's refusal to recuse herself. He further said that he is ready to face the consequences of the boycott.
, in his letter to Justice Sharma, declared he would not participate in the proceedings, saying the court did not satisfy the basic principle that "Justice must not only be done, but must also be seen to be done."
In the meantime the has condemned Aravind Kejriwal.and BJP criticized this, calling it a "disrespect of judiciary," system.
