It was a privilege for our founder Jatin Singal to engage with such an enthusiastic and dynamic group of professionals at the Amritsar Chapter of NIRC of ICSI on the topic “Opportunities before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)”.

The session focused on emerging opportunities in litigation and advisory before NCLT, practical aspects of handling matters under the Companies Act, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, and strategies for professionals to build a strong practice in this evolving domain.

The interactive discussions, thoughtful questions, and active participation made the session truly enriching. Grateful to the Amritsar Chapter for the warm hospitality and excellent organization.

Our founder Jatin Singal had the pleasure of delivering a session at PCTE, Baddowal on “The Legal Journey of the Company.”

We explored how a company evolves legally — from choosing the right structure and incorporation, to governance, compliance, board responsibilities, shareholder rights, and regulatory obligations.

It was an engaging interaction with bright young minds who asked thoughtful questions about corporate accountability, ethical leadership, and the practical challenges businesses face in today’s regulatory environment.

Understanding company law is not just about sections and provisions — it is about appreciating how law shapes the life cycle, sustainability, and credibility of an enterprise.
