Yesterday's session for Tourist Information officers, selected through Union Public Service Commission, working with of Tourism, India, was organised by & National Institute of Water Sports, Goa.

How does it feel to meet the online participant in person?

It is a pleasure and an honour when he is an armed force person, and that is how we are truly delighted to have Col Anadi Atreya with his wife Ms Pallavi Atreya in Jijiwisha Society office, and to award the PoSH TTT certificate through Adv Manjary Upadhyay to Sir.

Col Anadi had completed his PoSH TTT with Jijiwisha Society in Feb 2026, and we highly recommend him as a deserving and committed PoSH Trainer.

What is the first stage of PoSH compliance?

We say, make the right IC and capacitate it for the right provisions and sensitisation.

In the same light, the Tanda project of NTPC Limited in UP has organised a two-day detailed workshop for strengthening the Internal Committee with multiple case laws, discussion, constitutional/ interntional/ social rationale of establishment till false complaints, interim relief, inquiry process, natural justice and right to be heard for both complainant and respondent & finally concluded with multiple Q/A etc.

Adv Manjary Upadhyay was the facilitator of the session and ensured every query was answered.

We are grateful for NTPC management for chosing us for the workshop, Tejal Triksha for finding us through , Dr Manisha Mishra Pandey, CMO & Presiding Officer to IC, Pandey ji & Chhayashri from EDC NTPC Tanda and all the participants for their active participation.

Having great trainers on board is great; preparing them is even better!

Ms Manisha Vishal, one of our TTT participants from the May 2026 batch, has conducted a successful session with employees of VBeyond Corporation, virtually, and throughout, she delivered as a seasoned trainer with full command of provisions and objection handling.

This session actually serves multiple purposes-

1. Spreading right awareness about the law.

2. Paying tribute to Bhanwari Devi ji

3. Having the satisfaction of doing right- building up more committed trainers to the cause of safe workplaces for women.

We are grateful to have this opportunity, thanks to the senior leadership of VBeyond and HR team including Baleshwar Pandey sir, Sujeet Kr Pandey sir, Ms. Mansi Prajapati Aditya Pandey Bhumika Sharma for the smooth coordination.

VBeyond has so far are already sensitized 400 plus employees, few more are to be covered soon.

✨Tuesday was one such day when Pranav Rao, the intern from UPES has got the opportunity to meet Ms Babita Singh Chauhan, chairperson State Women Commission, UP to seek her guidance in field of PoSH laws, and how the tools developed by him can be helpful.

✨Same day he gets the opportunity to meet industry leaders from hispitality, like MAMPI BISWAS Rakesh Singh Divya Bhadauria Aakash Baghel along with Adv Manjary Upadhyay at Mercure Lucknow Gomti Nagar.
✅This meeting had been a hands on experience for the young boy about how the real world functions.
✅As an organisation it is our responsibility to cocreate the exposure in line of identifying the gaps between perception and reality and take reasonably justified actions.

It’s simple,
* Organise a meeting,
* Shortlist the new prospects and
* Announce the replacement amongst the team that —

They are aware about the replacements and finds a place for redressal in case of any grievance.
With same intention an IC meeting was organised by Novotel Lucknow Gomti Nagar with a basic orientation of IC members.
Adv Manjry Upadhyay was part of meeting as an external member to the IC.
