उत्तर प्रदेश में विभिन्न विकास विभागों द्वारा लागू बैंक वित्त पोषक योजनाओं एवं सामाजिक सुरक्षा समूह बीमा योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन में बैंकों एवं बीमा कम्पनियों से आने वाली समस्याओं के निराकरण के लिए संस्थागत वित्त, बीमा एवं वाह्य सहायतित परियोजना महानिदेशालय के तत्वावधान में ‘मुख्यमंत्री बैंकिंग एवं बीमा हेल्पलाइन’ की स्थापना की गई है।
हेल्पलाइन पर शिकायतें दर्ज कराने के लिए एक टोल फ्री नम्बर-15

20 आवंटित किया गया है।
बैंकों को प्रेषित आवेदन पत्रों के निस्तारण में विलम्ब होने की दशा में इनका निस्तारण हेल्पलाइन के माध्यम से कराने के लिए यह आवश्यक है कि सम्बन्धित विभाग द्वारा क्रियान्वित की जा रही बैंक वित्त पोषित योजनाओं के अन्तर्गत लम्बित आवेदनपत्रों का विस्तृत विवरण, जैसे लाभार्थी का नाम, पता, बैंक/बैंक शाखा का नाम आदि संस्थागत वित्त, बीमा एवं वाह्य सहायतित परियोजना महानिदेशालय, उ0प्र0 को 15 दिन के अन्दर उपलब्ध करा दिया जाए। इसी प्रकार विभिन्न सामाजिक सुरक्षा समूह बीमा योजनाओं के अन्तर्गत बीमा कम्पनियों की ओर से आ रही कठिनाइयों का विवरण भी उपलब्ध करा दिया जाए।
