Cheap and accessible justice is the right of every person, but Uttar Pradesh is untouched by this, because if we look at the geographical area of the state, then a large population of the state still faces a lot of difficulties to get this right. Travel has to be done which may not be possible for every person. There is also 2 high courts in the state, but due to lack of jurisdiction, a large population has to move from one part of the state to another, which is not justified in any way. On one side there is a bench of the High Court Lucknow with fully modern facilities in the middle of the state and on the other side a bench Prayagraj which is bordering the state of Madhya Pradesh, which also has the burden of giving justice to the maximum population of the state. But far away from the reach of common man. When the state is one, the capital is one, then why should we end the jurisdiction and leave it to the public to decide which bench they have to choose for their rights. The government is also involved in the bar that is fighting, because this fight is not of the Awadh bar, but many of the litigants are expecting cheap and easy justice
People should come in support of Awadh Bar because this battle of Awadh Bar is a fight for the rights of the people living in the state, which they have got not from any government but from the constitution of India.
