⚖️ When does sexual assault become an attempt to r**e?
The recent Patna High Court judgment has sparked an important legal and social debate. As a lawyer, I believe every act of sexual violence deserves to be viewed with the seriousness it warrants. Justice is not just about applying legal provisions—it's also about ensuring survivors feel heard, protected, and respected. What are your thoughts? Should the law evolve, or do you agree with the Court's interpretation?
