A shameful contempt of browbeating the Indian Judicial System. I am not buying that the so called "campaign for judicial accountability and reforms." an NGO? Shame on whoever even dared to try that kind of cheap misadventure, govt. or non govt. organisation.

However, in a dramatic development, the CJI today set up a five-judge bench headed by him and overturned yesterday's order of the two-judge bench, saying the Chief Justice had the sole prerogative of setting up a bench and allocating matters.

Is there any professionals who will not get any Loan/ EMI?? Yes there is only one....and they are Lawyers. I mean wtf?? You can give loans to ''Doctors' for drilling an inessential hole in you, so your medical expenditure go higher and higher. But imprecate lawyers for somewhat like using that hole?? All I wanted to say is, Lawyers are also human. And just like every other professions there are some defectors. It's the common misconception/misapprehension that Lawyers take bribes, and save the criminals!! First of all, bribes?? Do govt. pay us any salary?? It's not 'bribe', 'dumb-heads', it's called fees, and then comes 'saving the savages' part. May I blame you for your inadequate/scanty knowledge? Because you surely have paltry understanding how 'Justice' system work by following our constitution, the same constitution gives you the 'right to live with dignity', also gives you the 'right to defense' or having a defense attorney, if you don't have or can't afford one, in case you are accused of any to heinous crime;; you are entitled to have a defense lawyer as an fundamental right, even if in case no lawyer wants to defend you; then the respective 'Court /Judge' will appoint a lawyer for your defense, no matter how heinous crime you are accused of. There is a principle called "Presumption of Innocence {"ei incumbit probatio qui dicit, non qui negat"}. It's basic reasoning that how would anyone 'judge' you without having a 'fair trial'?, without giving you the opportunity to have your day in the court, without listening to what you have or want to say. Often time in country like us the 'lawyer' appointed by the respective Court [generally 'court' gives the order to the 'govt'] would not get anything for that matter by the 'Govt' or the 'Judiciary'. So, take your f***ing critical faculty back from wherever you deposited it and give us [due respect to the profession] some Loans.
