Debanjan Mandal, who is the Chairperson, Indian Chamber of Commerce's National Committee on Legal and Corporate Affairs and Partner, Fox & Mandal, Kolkata, was chairing the ICC Karnataka Law Summit, 2018, which was held in Bangalore on 12th September, 2018.

The Summit commenced with an Inaugural Session wherein Debanjan Mandal gave the welcome address followed by an address by the Chief Guest, Mr. N.C. Srinivas, the Principal Secretary, Department of Law, Government of Karnataka and a vote of thanks by Mr. Banerjee, Regional Director, Indian Chamber of Commerce. The event was co-chaired by Kosturi Ghosh, Partner, Trilegal.

Sessions included various topics including "The Changing Standards of Privacy Around the World", "Best Practices in Mergers and Acquisitions in the Internet Age" and "Employee movement within restrictions and boundaries in the globalised world".
