Society for Engagement With Literary Arts NUJS The Society for Engagement with Literary Arts is an educational organization of the National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS), Kolkata.

It aims to deepen the understanding of the blended world of 'Law and Literature', and enable students to develop creative thinking by encouraging them to read, write and use their imagination to develop new ideas and paradigms.

Clarifications regarding the quiz-

1. Participants are required to register in teams. Every team must consist of two members only.
2. There will be no prior registration. All teams are requested to be seated in the auditorium by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday for on-spot registration.
3. There is no participation or registration fee.
4. All participants are requested to carry pens. We will be providing the sheets required for writing answers.
5. Needless to say, any instance of use of unfair means/ electronic devices/ cheating will result in immediate disqualification.

Dear All,

We are delighted to present the very first “NUJS O.W.L.- The POTTERVERSE Quiz”.

Fancy yourself a Potterhead? If the answer is a resounding yes, doff your Hermione and Harry hats, and come join us to prove your wizarding mettle and knowledge on Thursday, 21st January, 2016, at 5:00 p.m. in the auditorium!

We promise entertaining and challenging questions that will keep the brightest witches and wizards of NUJS on their toes, and what’s more, we have the Quizmaster wizard himself, Abhiroop De, joining us in the fun! Here are the prize details:

1st Prize- Rs. 1000
2nd Prize- Rs. 500
3rd Prize- Rs. 200
This quiz is dedicated to the memory of Alan Rickman, who essayed one of the most memorable characters in the Potterverse we have grown to love today.
