SNU Legal Aid Clinic | Inclusion of New Members

The SNU Legal Aid Clinic invites applications from eligible students for the inclusion of new members in the Clinic.

Students fulfilling the prescribed eligibility criteria are encouraged to register and participate in the selection process, which shall include an offline examination.

📌 Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 50% attendance
• Minimum 6.0 CGPA

📋 Selection Process: Offline Examination
📝 Registration: Scan the QR code provided in the notice and complete the registration process.

Eligible students are encouraged to avail themselves of this opportunity to become a part of the SNU Legal Aid Clinic and contribute towards the pursuit of access to justice and legal awareness.

A glimpse into the energy, advocacy, and passion at the 1st SNU Intra Legal Aid Competition 2026!

Centred around the theme Access to Justice for Senior Citizens, our participants brought critical legal discussions to the forefront, proving that legal aid begins with empathy and awareness.

The SNU Legal Aid Clinic successfully concluded the 1st SNU Intra Legal Aid Competition 2026 on the theme ‘Access to Justice for Senior Citizens’. ⚖️

​The competition brought together dedicated student advocates who demonstrated keen legal acumen, empathy, and practical solutions aimed at safeguarding the rights of senior citizens. The event concluded with the Valedictory Session, where our esteemed judges, faculty members, and organizers felicitated the winners and participants for their remarkable efforts.

​A huge congratulations to all the winners and participants for making this initiative meaningful, and heartfelt gratitude to our mentors and faculty for their constant guidance.

We caught up with Team TC 15, one of our top 6 qualifying teams, to hear about their journey in the 1st Intra Legal Aid Competition 2026.

Here is the thing about this event. It is not just about making legal arguments in a room. As the team shared, this experience took them out into the community, visiting old age homes and localities to directly help senior citizens. What this really means is our participants are gaining real-world perspective and making a tangible impact that goes far beyond a standard competition.

They have put in the work all month, and now they are just waiting on those final results. A big thank you to TC 15 and all the participants who poured their energy into this initiative.
