Superdari is a legal procedure that allows a person to regain custody of their property from the police after it has been confiscated. The police only confiscate property if it was used in or is involved in a crime.

Here’s what happens during the superdari process:

The person who wants their property back goes through the legal superdari procedure.

The court may require the person to provide a superdari bond.

The person receiving the property agrees to produce it to the police or court when required.

Certain terms and conditions may apply before the property is released.

In response to increasing worries about Delhi’s declining infrastructure, the Delhi High Court has established a committee to overhaul the city’s administrative, financial, and physical systems. This decision was made by a Division Bench, including Acting Chief Justice Manmohan and Justice Tushar Rao Gedela, during a public interest litigation case titled Kutumb through its Trustee v. State of NCT of Delhi & Ors.

To the intern who took a sip of water inside the courtroom.!💥

Embracing professionalism is key, even in unexpected moments.
We all must have seen a video clip where an intern eager to stay hydrated unintentionally and innocently took a sip of water in the courtroom.

Lesson learned: courtroom etiquette matters! Grateful for the reminder from the judge about maintaining decorum. Kudos to the judge for emphasizing courtroom decorum and teaching us the importance of attention to detail.
We're all on a journey of learning!
